Clock Progress

Our clock project proceeds in stages, and today I had several checked off.

I had yet to complete any stage of the clock to perfection, but with a little bit of spare time today, I was able to get the clock pillars and barrel arbor approved! 

The pillars had to be cut to 20.00 mm (+/- 0.05 mm), and the barrel arbor had to be accurate within the same tolerance. It's a relief to have these steps finished, allowing me to progress with the rest of the project!
